Please use your order ID and the deposit receipt as proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the amount has been cleared in our account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns Policy<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seasonal products, Christmas charms and Easter candles cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only if the product is faulty, can it be returned to us within 10 (ten) days of its delivery, after we have been informed of the fact.
